Circular Duct Series
Our circular ducts are manufactured from galvanized steel or stainless steel sheets, available in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. Diameters range from Ø80 mm to Ø1250 mm. The ducts are continuously welded to ensure Class C airtightness according to EN 1507 / EN 12237. Smooth internal surfaces minimize pressure loss and noise.
Spiral Duct Series
Spiral ducts are produced by automated forming machines from galvanized steel (0.5–1.2 mm) or stainless steel. Diameters are available from Ø80 mm to Ø1600 mm. Fittings are pressed or welded, with flange or quick-connector joints. The system meets DW144 and EN 12237 Class D sealing requirements.
Rectangular Duct Series
Rectangular ducts are fabricated on automated lines from galvanized or stainless steel sheets, thickness ranges from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. Standard sizes range up to 2500 mm × 2000 mm. Connection methods include TDF flange, angle steel, or cleat systems. Inner stiffeners can be added for large sizes to ensure rigidity.

CATL Hungary – Debrecen
Ongoing (2024–2025), Zhao Air is equipping CATL’s flagship plant in Debrecen with high-capacity ventilation and recovery systems: coating ducts (160,000 m³/h), dust collectors, centralized waste collection systems, and NMP recovery (160,000 m³/h).
CATL Germany – Arnstadt, Thuringia
From 2022–2023, Zhaohe supplied advanced duct systems for CATL’s battery coating facility in Germany. Delivery included cathode and anode coating ducts (80,000 / 60,000 m³/h) and heat recovery systems (60,000 m³/h each).
CATL USA – Reno, Nevada
From 2024–2025, Zhaohe supplied coating duct systems (100,000 m³/h each), cathode NMP recovery systems (80,000 m³/h), anode heat recovery systems (60,000 m³/h) and dust collectors, with full design and installation.
